What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a talented social media executive to manage and provide creative vision for our social media accounts. You will manage our company image and voice on social in a cohesive way authentic to Endeavor’s brand and values. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. You should be energized by pop culture and possess an uncanny ability to ideate engaging content that is part of the zeitgeist.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional, fast-moving and strategic thinker with deep knowledge of social media strategy, prior experience managing a team, and the ability to collaborate across the company.

  • Owned and Operated Channels
  • Plan and develop social media campaigns
  • Craft compelling content
  • Be on top of the latest social media trends and zeitgeist
  • Engage with consumers and followers
  • Collaborate with the corporate communications team to seek innovative and creative ways to share corporate news with consumers

You Have These:

  • Experience in creating compelling social media strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability
  • Passion for storytelling, listening to what the community has to say, and providing memorable and/or award-winning experiences in the social space.
  • Knack for finding creative solutions to challenges and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to use sound judgement as it relates to brand safety.
  • Polished in presentation and communication.
  • Able to be nimble and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
  • Perpetual learner’s attitude, always looking for ways to improve processes and learn and grow.
  • As a leader at Endeavor, you will have duality in responsibility across the Endeavor network.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:$150,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum: $200,000 annually
