The paid advertising team is looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, want to work in a team-oriented environment, and be inclined to seek out challenges and opportunities. We are open to employees based in either the Washington, D.C. or New York City metro areas.

What You Will Be Doing:
• Oversee all components of client account by building relationships with client contracts to grow scope and impact of paid work.
• Run and manage multiple accounts and projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision ensuring timely delivery of high quality client products to reach strategic goals.
• Ability to communicate with all levels and make insightful contributions both in 1:1 setting and large groups.
• Manage financial aspects of projects monitoring budgets and team hours for client projects. Ensure spends are executed on budget and on goal, and that finance tracking is updated accurately and on time.
• Manage Associate, Senior Associate and Principal including regular check-ins, goal setting, and participating in some reviews with the SVP & providing formal feedback.
• Manage vendors’ work progress to achieve goals on projects.
• Demonstrate fluency with major advertising platforms, including programmatic platforms.
• Analyze data to produce insights and high quality reporting. Articulate impact to clients succinctly and accurately on calls and through reporting memos, decks, dashboards and presentations.

What We Are Looking For:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in paid media programing, strategy, and management.
• Ability to manage many different projects at once.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, energetic, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience managing and guiding junior talent.
