Part of ITO Production Organization under Production Enablement domain, the Production Factories area is responsible for developing and providing services to enable the standardization, digitalization, and automation of our platforms with a global remit.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in defining and building solutions to automate day-to-day processes with a view of providing platforms that are more efficient for users.
- Drive improvements to processes and help design automated enhancements with a view of continual improvement.
- Drive DevOps, Cloud and Digital transformation in Americas.
- Contribute to the onboarding to CIB DevOps Platform
- Produce documentation on standards and guidelines for regional deployment and use of tools.
- Manage the relationship with external technology providers to review new products, escalate issues, and provide a single voice from IT Production to these technology providers
- Evaluate current methods, software and architecture to propose and implement appropriate processes and tools to improve automate and secure OS Engineering and Service Delivery teams Run The Bank activity.
- Participate in global meetings and liaise with Global counter parts in Paris, UK, ISPL and APAC to ensure consistency and alignment of tools and processes.
- Attend audit and compliance reviews ensuring the team remains compliant with bank standards and to address any non-compliance. Ensures compliance with any and all related Policies
- Design solutions for application using Cloud technologies
- Contribute to secure the CIB environment, control and reduce obsolescence
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Hands on experience on CI/CD products such as Artifactory, Bitbucket, Jenkins and Ansible
- Hands on experience on Observability products such as Dynatrace.
- Solid understanding of Container technology (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Solid understanding of Linux shell and scripting.
- Solid understanding of PowerShell and scripting.
- Exposure to relational databases and SQL. Familiarity with Oracle.
- Hands on experience of deployment and release management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Incident/Change/Request process is added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to balance workload and manage the responsibilities for the platform.
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information in simple terms.
- Ability to prioritize and manage urgent deliverables as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to work in high intensity situations maintaining attention to detail.

- DevOps experience working in Unix platform using Ansible
- Script to build required automation and tools on an ad-hoc basis using Unix scripting and Ansible
- High comfort level and knowledge of Linux and Windows

Preferred Qualifications:
- Very good communication oral and written (with some client interactions).
- Exposure on SRE via certification (BNPP Cloud Badge SRE)

The expected starting salary range for this position in New Jersey is between $148,000.00 to $188,000.00 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
