Overview
This position is responsible for providing support to membership operations and assisting in membership services. An essential responsibility is to build a rapport with active and prospective members, providing them with accurate and helpful information in a courteous manner. Pay Rate $20.00 #TownandCountry
Responsibilities
Answer member and prospective member calls and messages in a timely manner, forwarding appropriate information to related departments. Provide tours and prepare information for prospective members and guests. Assist in developing member and prospective member promotions, events, and incentives. Prepare communications for internal and external use to disperse membership information.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal communication. Previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a country club environment or similar professional environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Thorough knowledge of the game of golf and membership components.
