Job Description
Strategically align Central and U.S. Visual Merchandising directives for Dior Beauty counters and animations installations for Make-Up range. The position will report to the Visual Merchandising Director.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the design, development, and updates for launch tester units and custom merchandising installations elements.
- Liaise with Central VM team in Paris for approvals or directives.
- Develop and maintain Retailer relationships. Obtain retailer approvals for special merchandising opportunities.
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, and Sketchup to create detailed mechanical drawings for Purchasing, as well as launch and season guidelines for the field for execution.
- Must have knowledge of mechanical engineering, be well versed in Acrylic limitations, decorations and other materials.
- Oversee engineering drawings, provide typesafety artwork and approve pre-production samples.
- Oversee presence of VM make-up animations in stores / counters.
- Regularly meet with Marketing teams to align with Launch Calendar.
- Create Animation/Distortion renderings, manage production and installations.
- Provide Launch guidelines pertaining to launch roll out.
- Create concepts for Visual weeks, manage approvals to final production.
- Liaise with installation planner to align merchandising allocations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, industrial or interior design degree
- 5+ years of experience in beauty or related industry
- Exhibit a keen ability to be proactive as well as handle a multitude of projects at a time
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to use Adobe suite and Sketchup; 3D preferred, but not essential
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker, an ‘influencer’, a consensus builder, and excellent team player
- Fluency or working knowledge of French is preferred
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
- Travel required based on needs of the business

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $89-133k
