As a Volunteer Experience Associate, you will serve within our ministry by supporting the Volunteer Experience, and organizing events and In-Kind Donations.
Note: This is a part-time opportunity to serve; offering a maximum of 25 hours per week.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, greet, and host volunteers which could include various partner locations
- Create and manage all schedules and logistics for service activities
- Facilitate debriefs for onsite activities with other team members to ensure continued growth
- Coordinate clean-up at the conclusion of the activity
- Complete event detail summary of volunteers
- Assists with stewarding relationships with volunteer coordinators and participating organizations
- Respond to contact forms, voice messages, and email inquiries
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and tracking in-kind donations
- Coordinate with the team and utilize the Volunteer Management System for tracking and assigning volunteers

SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
