Responsibilities:

Under the general supervision of several owners, the Regional Marketing Director is responsible for driving referrals, qualified leads and inquiries for home care offices across a large, high-growth market. Person will be responsible for the achievement of quotas and resulting hours & revenue objectives for the DFW area (“territory”). Revenue objectives will be achieved through networking with key referral sources across the post-acute landscape, meeting with influential non-profit groups, relationship building with key referral partners such as Civitas, Kindred & THR, cold calling, email efforts, and attending relevant events & conferences. Sales visits & calls are expected to be conducted weekly in a rotating fashion. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for tracking activities & expenses carefully, reporting results to owners on a weekly basis, clearly discussing successes and opportunities, and will revisit goals & objectives regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Two to five years of measurable results & success and progressively more responsibility or expansive sales responsibilities, preferable in the healthcare services industry.
  • Exhibited a proven ability to meet sales quotas, demonstrated a successful track record over time
  • Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws, and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of home care/personal care, home health, hospice and private duty nursing
  • Possess a deep understanding of family, customer and market dynamics with seniors
  • Have excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact well with a great diversity of individuals
  • Have the ability to organize & execute programs, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks & deadlines with minimal supervision, and the ability to maintain & adhere to multiple budgets
  • Bachelor’s degree or RN/LVN

Working Environment:

Primarily will be field/community based so will need to be able to endure weather changes. Must be able to work from car as well.

Position Physical Demands:

Walking, sitting, and standing with lifting limited to files and records typically not expected to exceed 5 pounds in weight. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone maybe required when in the office.
