RH is seeking a VP of Brand Copy to provide guidance and uphold our compelling and differentiated brand voice, ensuring the highest standards of copy are maintained across all platforms. In this role you will collaborate on creative projects from conception through execution, working with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve our content. As the VP, Brand Copy, you will lead the copy team from ideation to delivery and ensure the continued elevation of the RH brand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
  • Creating, guiding and executing copy across all RH brand concepts, including web product copy, digital/email presentation, creative campaigns, source books, Galleries and signage
  • Lead and develop a team of highly skilled editors, writers and production artists to bring product copy to life across all commerce channels
  • Collaborate with leaders and C-suite on all aspects of copy and communication
  • Partner with teams that extend beyond the Creative team to guide a consistent brand voice across all channels
  • Process-oriented, critical thinker who anticipates, debates and helps solve business challenges

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience as a creative leader with an expertise in brand writing, editing and copy
  • Experience creating copy for and/or familiarity with high-end luxury brands
  • You are a leader who can empower and inspire a team of writers and editors
  • Strong, well-rounded creative background in copywriting and editing
  • Proven ability to take the vision and voice of an organization and enhance it across all platforms
  • Experience leading creative branding for organizations that have a presence in North America and Internationally
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams and the development of projects from concept through execution
  • A compelling writing and/or editing portfolio that demonstrates a range of commercial success and vision

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Occasional domestic and international travel
