Warehouse Inventory Analyst
Job Overview: The Inventory analystwill analyze inventory reports and take proper action accordingly as assigned by Inventory Manager in a timely manner. This employee will manage specific inventory maintenance reports
as directed by the manager as well as assist in all administrative duties in the Inventory department
Essential Responsibilities:
• Analyze certain warehouse inventory reports and take proper action.
•
Handling customer complaints of wrong items coming from return department.
•
Manage the Jira program from the inventory department.
•
Data entry in Unix.
Specific
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of receiving and shipping processes are a must.
- Strong attention to detail and be able to identify discrepancies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment while motivating yourself and meeting deadlines.
Required schedule:
Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Friday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
