Warehouse Technician Sr

QTC is seeking an RHRP-3 Warehouse Technician on our Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP-3).

  • Reserve Health Readiness Program – 3 (RHRP-3) provides health readiness support services, such as mental health assessments and post-deployment health reassessments, to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas. They deliver services by group events and in-clinic individual appointments and by providing call center support.

What part would you play in this mission?

Performs a variety of routine activities in support of the Rapid Site Deployment (RSD) team. Orders and maintains inventory of needed supplies and equipment. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistical support to the RHRP team
  • Responsible for coordination of shipping and receiving complete kits to event sites including tracking.
  • Perform operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality
  • Process claims with shippers on damaged/missing shipments in a timely manner
  • Track and analyze missed shipments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel.
  • Ability to drive supplies and equipment to event locations once per month.

Competencies:

  • Ability to move containers with wheels up to 120 lbs
  • Knowledge of electronic shipping (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service, organization and follow-through skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of office equipment (Fax, Printer, Copier, etc.)

You must have:

  • High School Diploma or GED or 2 years of related experience in lieu of a diploma
  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

Typical Day:

  • Typical work week Monday – Friday and occasional weekends

Pay and Benefits:

Pay Range $16.75 – $18.50 Hourly
