Job Description
This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way, supporting the mission of the Church. The incumbent performs daily receiving, warehousing, selecting, and shipping tasks. Incumbents replenish, audit, inventory, document, ship materials domestically and internationally, and/or deliver commodities. The incumbent uses heavy material handling equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, automatic strapping equipment, and so on. Incumbents may work directly with customers, ecclesiastical leaders, and others to resolve order delays and make order corrections. They may drive cars and trucks to transport materials/ commodities and may take physical inventories. This position provides entry or training level warehousing experience in which the incumbent performs various receiving, stores, and/or shipping functions under close supervision.
This position is a Full-Time employment position and may be evaluated for a temporary position, if needed. If hired on as a temporary employee, opportunities for full-time regular employment will be based on availability and performance.
