Position: Technology Support (Info Systems) – Full Time
Summary: Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Provides service, and support for, and acts as the service owner for the Student Information System (SIS), Infinite Campus, leads data extracts and reporting, and serves as a member of the district data team as well as the Information Services department leadership team. This position works with the MARSS Coordinator to build processes for reporting data via MARSS and Ed-Fi. Serves as a data expert working to integrate datasets to ensure all data is available and usable across systems and services.
Formal Education and Experience Requirement:
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, including Macintosh, PCs, printers, multimedia projectors, SmartBoards, document cameras, iPads, Chromebooks, and scanners required. Experience with web-based and desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Student Information Systems (SIS), and enterprise financial systems.
Technical Skills: (Measurable learning (e.g., Perform at an intermediate level of Excel and Word, Typing at 50 wpm, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees.
- Proficient with Google Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software
Salary Range: $40,000 – $54,000

The PACT Secondary campus will be located between Central Park in Ramsey and the St. Katharine Drexel Church property. It’s located on 161st Ave NW between Armstrong Blvd NW and Variolite Street NW. The parcel has a beautiful line of trees and wetlands and provides a gorgeous backdrop for the new Secondary Campus. Many parks and an extensive trail system are readily accessible and connected by a network of trails that link The COR to the regional parks and trail system. Many people have chosen to live in Ramsey because of its rural character, wetlands, wildlife, and housing choices. U.S. Highways 10/169 and State Highway 47 are two main routes. Northstar Commuter Rail stops in Ramsey and runs to and from downtown Minneapolis.
