Job Description
As a Waterpark Cashier, you will:
- Balancing of daily receipts, including but not limited to: cash, vouchers and credit card charges.
- Cashing out checks.
- Accepting approved forms of payment adhering to accounting standard (with full and complete accountability) up to and including but not limited to: cash, credit cards and vouchers charges.
- Follows and complies with all departmental cash/check handling procedures.
- Greets all guests that arrive within visible area.
- Applies suggestive selling techniques to provide helpful guest service and maximize sales.
- Records information pertaining to services rendered.
- Maintains cash drawer/bank accountability per company policies.
- Compliance to department standard operating procedural manual to include: service standards, cash/check handling procedures, safety and security, stocking and requisitioning.
- Conform to discount/complimentary guest check procedures.
- Participate in company monthly Goals & Measurements Program.
- Responsible for providing Excellent Service to owners and guests alike.
- Perform POS system responsibility per guidelines.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints in a professional and urgent manner.
- Maintain required department records with accuracy.
- Follow guest walk-out department procedures.
- Complete opening/running/closing duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
- Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company equipment

- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
