Harris CPAs is currently seeking a Wealth Management Coordinator in our Meridian, ID office!
As a Wealth Management Coordinator…
You will play a crucial role in supporting the firms wealth management practice and it’s financial advisors. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors and help maintain the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with various client needs.
• Handle client paperwork, including new account applications and transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain organized records, files, and financial systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and security.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
• Process financial transactions, such as trade orders and fund transfers.
• Resolve client account issues and address inquiries related to statements, account balances, and fund availability.
• Generate and submit required reports per regulatory guidelines.
This job requires:
• Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
• While prior experience in the financial services industry or a similar administrative role is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement
