The Amazon Pay marketing communications team is seeking a talented Marketing Website Manager to help maintain and enhance our most valuable marketing asset, our global websites. Reporting into the Website Program Manager, you will support the execution of a new global program that will expand selection for Amazon customers while helping Amazon Pay merchants to increase sales. This role will collaborate with multiple teams including content marketing, brand design, consumer and merchant marketing, and developer support.
Success in this role requires razor-sharp project management skills. With multiple language sites, you will need to simplify processes to create scale while documenting and communicating plans with clarity and precision. You must be able to troubleshoot issues and bugs while defining and scoping projects. Our team culture is goal-oriented, collaborative, and driven to achieve results. Role & Responsibilities:
• Execute against a new global program, balancing ongoing maintenance and sustainability across multiple languages and regions
• Monitor the Amazon Pay global website family, insisting on the highest standards, this includes responding to and managing issues and bugs as they are reported
• Work within sprint schedules, collaborating with the development team to prioritize tasks and requests
• Build new pages and optimize existing ones in Brightspot CMS to continuously improve the customer experience
• Build reports to showcase performance of the sites through flash reports and dashboard deep dives.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices as well as present new opportunities as appropriate

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
– Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
