Wellbeing Engagement Associate
Overview:

We are looking for a Part-Time Wellbeing Engagement Associate that manages the outreach program for associates and serves as the communication hub for the Wellbeing Center, approximately 20 hours per week.
What you will do:
- Maintaining a master events and activities calendar to ensure a lack of duplication of events and activities
- Conducting needs and interest surveys within the community to ensure that programming is providing adequate activities
- Developing flyers, brochures, blogs, award submissions, presentation materials, class calendars and similar to support program activities
- Marketing the program to associates, planning, implementing and coordinating a robust social marketing platform and presence. This will include executing social media campaigns, email marketing, event and outreach initiatives.
- Maintaining program Intranet site
- Measuring utilizations metrics for each of the offerings of the Wellbeing Center
- Provides input and recommendations on key components of the Wellbeing offering and long-term strategy for the offerings
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, Psychology or related fields
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to influence others.
- High level of initiative, assertiveness, and self-direction.
- Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels of individuals in the organization.
- Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results.
- Flexible and willing to handle an evolving work environment.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsive
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills are a must; including the ability to effectively balance multiple ongoing projects and tasks and competing priorities
Note: This is a part-time position that will be pro-rated based on the number of hours on a full-time salary of $55,00 – $70,000 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
