Position: Work Comp Coordinator
Chicago, IL
Parking instructions: Public
Hours: M-F 9am- 5p (may have some circumstances during training that would make it 8:45-4:45)
Pay: $18-$20
Type of Assignment: Contract to hire
Transportation : Public- someone who has access to brown/blue line (the parking is $250 up/monthly and they would have to find public parking garages. Does not want someone who drives/they have had issues.

This is a very unique/niched company- they basically work with the clients/patients of lawyers who need to seek treatment for work comp/personal injury and handle the whole process of coordinating the care.
This position will taking client and registration calls. Will be responsible for the intake, registering and deciphering of what the clients actually need to seek treatment for (might need ortho doc or might need pain management, etc.) and send referrals to the providers within their network. Must have strong customer service skills both written and verbal. They are heavy on calls/e-mails.
It is highly important that they are able to keep the work flow moving-get the patients seen/following up on their next steps quickly/ following up and getting their treatment plan coordinated asap once completed they need to have all the bills and paper work gathered for court and settlement. Their whole system and process is accessible to the lawyers so at any time they can pull the medical records and paper work for court purposes.
