?Workday Advance Compensation Consultant
The Project:
This role involves working for a prominent client in the food and beverage industry. The candidate will serve as the client-side Business Analyst / Consultant, collaborating closely with the customer’s deployment partner. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure that all customer requirements are comprehensively vetted and correctly configured in the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the customer team and the deployment partner.
- Educate the customer on Workday’s Advance Compensation Business Processes.
- Capture the customer’s business requirements and communicate these with the deployment partner.
- Ensure all customer requirements are fully vetted and properly configured in the system.
The Requirements:
- Resumes should not exceed 3 pages.
- Expertise in the Project Costing, Expenses, and Procure to Pay modules in Workday.
- 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Workday HCM, with Advance Compensation as the core expertise.
- Must be a subject matter expert in the Procure to Pay module.
- Comprehensive understanding of Workday’s Merit, Bonus, Equity Award business processes, and Performance Based Award functionality.
- Experience deploying the Workday Advanced Compensation module in at least 2-3 different industries; Retail & hospitality experience is a plus.
- Attend all requirements gathering meetings, assist with product design, participate in End-to-End testing, and assist with Pre-Production activities.
- Support the product for at least one month post go-live.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Additionally Desired:
- Workday certifications.
Max Contract Pay: $71/hour
