Workday HCM Implementation Intern
As a member of Moog’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Implementation Team, and part of the Corporate HR Technology department, you will support the team with administrative responsibilities to implement Workday at Moog. This is a part time, hybrid position, therefore we would like for you to be located in the Buffalo, NY area. You will report to a Workday Functional Implementation Lead.
We would like you to start as soon as possible and stay with the project through Summer 2024.
In this internship, your responsibilities may include…
• Organizing and managing data workbooks and training materials for translation
oYou will work directly with our translation vendor to ensure translations are completed thoroughly and timely, then check for accuracy and entering translated materials into the appropriate documents
• Provide administrative support to the Core Workday Implementation Team in administering various training and change management strategies and initiatives
• Support various Workday unit testing initiatives, as necessary
Basic Qualifications:
• Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited university, in a related field, such as but not limited to Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or Communications
• Currently a 3rd year student or higher
The base pay range for this opportunity is $18.25 – $23.00 per hour.
