Overview

The Global Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Workforce Partnerships and Employer Branding for a 12-month assignment, with the possibility for continued employment. This role is responsible for creating new and innovative strategies to identify and attract alternative talent pools for IGT. This role will be central to developing both internal and external partnerships that help build high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role, you will work to develop external events, branding initiatives, and hiring plans in support of growth objectives across the IGT business units. In addition, you will evaluate our current recruiting, branding, and workforce programs and look for opportunities to further expand these programs. We are looking for someone who is a leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and collaboration.

Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with: Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion; Marketing, Communications, & Sustainability; HR; Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support global talent acquisition operations and special projects to ensure collaboration with Office of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and other internal stakeholders.
• A strategic advisor and thought partner to internal stakeholders related to diversity workforce partnership offerings and programming options.
• Works closely across internal partner teams to assess and build best in class programs by leveraging our diversity community partners.
• Support implementation of IGT’s employer value proposition, which we call internally the “People Deal”!
• Lead the design of communications campaigns that raise brand awareness and inform, educate, and influence internal and external audiences. Ensures content aligns with the employment brand strategy.
• Conducts regular employer branding maintenance and employee advocacy on IGT’s various platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
• Monitors reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed. Responsible for drafting responses to reviews and obtaining stakeholder approval.
• Development of an employer branding content calendar for platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
• Measures programs and outreach campaign effectiveness for return-on-investment.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience
• Active use of applicant tracking system (ATS), SAP Success Factors experience a plus.
• Solid project management skills – the ability to multi-task, excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent candidate conversion skills, including marketing & selling of IGT as an employer of choice.
• Consultative approach to identifying, assessing, and prioritizing requirements.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,400 – $100,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
