We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workforce Strategy Lead to partner with our businesses in capturing headcount demand, performing market research and people analytics, and advising on talent strategy. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with senior leaders. This role is pivotal to tracking progress against strategy execution and contributing to our company’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with businesses to identify and capture headcount demand, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and growth strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and people analytics to inform and develop effective talent strategies.
- Engage with business leaders to track progress against strategy execution, providing regular updates and addressing challenges as they arise.
- Leverage expertise in Excel and PowerPoint to create compelling data-driven presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in our talent strategy.
- Support the development of workforce planning initiatives, providing guidance on resource allocation and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce strategy, talent management, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create data-driven presentations and reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior leaders.
- Demonstrated success in leading talent strategy initiatives and executing against business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
