Responsibilities:
- Process trade spending contracts.
- Client deduction data entry; Internal deduction update reporting.
- Respond timely to customer inquiries.
- Maintain assigned client-specific management systems.
- Review, process, identify, analyze and investigate client deductions.
- Maintain spreadsheets and database information as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 Years or more of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting and financial experience is preferred
- Requests for Proposals procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of SharePoint
- Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and through email; Superior interpersonal communication
The hourly rate for this role is $15.86-$21.63

Position Summary
The Trade Management Specialist is responsible for processing contract and client-related information in support of the Sales Operations team.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Job Duty
- Process trade spending contracts
- Client deduction data entry
- Internal deduction update reporting
- Maintain AWP Client Procedure Library
- Process bill-backs and clear deductions
- Process client billings for expense reimbursements
- Respond timely to customer inquiries
- Process accurate and timely information to clients
- Maintain assigned client specific management systems
- Review, process, identify, analyze and investigate client deductions
- Maintain spreadsheets and database information as needed
- Other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned

– This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% – 66% of the time.
Field / Reps Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 74 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.
Field / Administrative Requirements
