Bouldering Project’s mission is to foster meaningful human connection with the most inspiring and inclusive climbing, movement, and community spaces. We care deeply about humans. We’re driven by the pursuit of better. We create joyful places and pathways for climbing, fitness, yoga, and social experiences that inspire people to challenge themselves and engage in a lifestyle centered around health, friendship, and purpose.
Youth Programs at Bouldering Project empower participants to embrace growth, develop climbing skills and gain community and connection. We believe in building creative curricula that are a combination of climbing, fun, and games. BP believes that climbing is for everyone and works tirelessly to maintain a supportive environment for all participants.
The Youth Programs Manager develops, directs, and manages all aspects of programming at Bouldering Project including climbing clubs, summer camps, birthday parties, and school partnerships. To that end, the youth programs manager should enjoy creating and facilitating programs for and with youth.
Additionally, this manager will work directly with the manager team and support team to implement gym events and initiatives. They are responsible for bringing it to life, adding community flavor, and executing excellent hiring, training, and continued education of the staff.
