What you’ll do
As the Product Manager on the Integrations and Extensibility of Job Application Platform, you will develop the vision, roadmap and specifications for the core of DocuSign’s extensibility platform. In working with engineering, you will drive the design and development of the systems, services and applications necessary to support scaling up of the extensibility platform to reach the 1M+ customers, 1B+ users and the hundreds of partners. In addition, you will partner with internal and external development teams to discover, design and implement innovative product capabilities. Your objectives are directly linked to business metrics such as usage, partner and customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Being successful in this position requires a blend of product ownership, deep understanding of software systems and services, ability to work with and influence across teams and organizations, know-how in driving large-scale projects from inception to launch, working through ambiguity and competing priorities and a desire to be a strong contributor in an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Sr. Manager, Product Management and is designated Flex.
Responsibility
- Build and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery of the platform
- Drive compelling developer experiences on the platform, challenge the status quo and champion an API-first culture across the platform
- Translate vision and strategy into product requirements, facilitate a sound design and deliver an efficient platform for use across the developer ecosystem
- Work closely with developers and product managers across the company to understand and coordinate development of new APIs and services
- Define key success metrics and track and report on APIs adoption, usage and experience.
- Prioritize and manage a product backlog for effective release and sprint planning
- Champion the platform and its capabilities with a variety of stakeholders across the company
What you bring
Basic
- Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years related experience with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience in technical product management for enterprise cloud/SaaS product/service
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Program Management
- 2+ years of experience building services to scale and performance
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries
Preferred
- Demonstrated success building and managing large-scale technology products and services
- Ability to design developer-facing APIs, SDKs and systems
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment having multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience presenting to senior management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

This role is eligible for bonus, equity and benefits .
Based on legislation in Washington state the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in Washington only: Washington pay range: $115,800 – $174,525 base salary
Based on legislation in California the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in California only: California pay range: $123,600 – $202,550 base salary
